Every week: the multi-POS Dashboard (families, products, salespeople, time slots) and the Preparation time to compare kitchens.
In case of doubt or dispute: the Control strip (exact amount, cancellations) and the Error tickets.
For accounting: the Closures (the day's Z) and their PDFs.
