Error tickets
An error ticket is a ticket whose internal accounting does not add up (the sum of the lines differs from the payments or the total). The screen lists them with the calculated discrepancy — read-only.

Good to know — these tickets are EXCLUDED from the statistics, and their overcharge makes up the Cockpit's "cash discrepancy". An empty screen is the normal case of a healthy operation.
