In summary: connecting a delivery platform

1. Create the configuration (type UBER_EATS_V2 or DELIVEROO_V2) then enter the credentials provided by the platform.
1. Build the menu: "Generate the menu" from the catalog (with an optional markup), adjust, then "Save & Send".
1. Activate the configuration: orders then come into the kitchen on their own, already paid.
1. Day to day: "Product out of stock / availability" for out-of-stock items, the Orders tab for tracking, and republish the menu after any catalog overhaul.
