The platform product menu

For order configurations, the menu editor (cutlery icon) organizes the published menu: Families → Categories → Products → Options, with prices, an "alcohol" checkbox, and availability schedules by day. It is this menu, with its 6xpos product identifiers, that enables automatic routing of orders to the kitchen.

Warning — "Save" writes the menu WITHOUT SENDING ANYTHING. "Save & Send" pushes the menu to the platform AND rewrites the prices on the POS side — strong confirmation required.

  • Generate the menu: builds the menu from the catalog (choice of families/menus, % markup and/or + € per product, rounded up to the nearest €0.50) — WARNING, it FULLY REPLACES the existing menu.
  • Duplicate the menu: copies the menu from one point of sale to others (same platform, or Uber ↔ Deliveroo conversion): the result is a DRAFT — nothing is published — and the routing/identifiers of the target point of sale are preserved.
  • Update everything + push: rewrites the prices from the menus and republishes the Uber/Deliveroo menus of ALL points of sale, with a progress bar — immediate effect on the active menus.

Good to know — in the editor, an emptied numeric field means "value not modified" (not zero); a price of −1 = product unavailable (displayed as "—").
