ChatBotIA: the back-office assistant
ChatBotIA answers questions about 6XPOS and carries out guided actions on the catalog. It draws on the 6XPOS knowledge base (the indexed know-how from the wiki and manuals) and on an AI model hosted on the IXCYS servers — no data is ever sent to an external service.

What you can ask it
- Usage questions: "how do I create a menu?", "what is the control strip for?", "how do I mark a product as out of stock on Uber Eats?" — it answers from the documentation.
- Product searches: "find the product 2 Tenders" — it lists the matching records.
- Guided actions: changing a product's price, administrative operations — the assistant asks for the point of sale, the product, the value, then an explicit CONFIRMATION before acting, and offers to undo right afterward.
Good to know — the assistant does nothing without your confirmation, and every confirmed action can be undone right away ("undo"). When in doubt, it asks again rather than guessing.
Good to know — "+ New discussion" starts over from scratch — handy if the conversation goes off track or to switch to a completely different topic.
